One of the trips on my bucket list for years is to raft the Grand Canyon and see it from the river.  So in June of 2011, I joined up with 26 others from the US and a token Aussie.  This is a trip I would recommend to everyone, not only was it a great way to see the Canyon but to do it with some very nice people made it even more special.  The rapids were great and ranged from 2 -10 on a scale of 1-10, the biggest was a 10 and had up to 15 foot waves.  The trip was 300 km’s long and lasted 6 days.  Not all the photo”s are mine, thanks to those from the trip that shared pictures.
